Equity Based Programs

Getting a mortgage is difficult with low income or bruised credit. Thanks to our equity based programs. This type of mortgage typically requires 25% to 35% down payment. Under this program, we have access to lender’s who provide financing even if your income does not satisfy the mortgage payment serviceability. This is great for low income clients that have a heavy down payment or a large equity in their home.

Net worth Programs

Do not qualify for a mortgage based on your income? Take advantage of our Net Worth Program. This type of mortgage is offered to clients who have low income or are retired but meet the minimum requirement of proven net worth through liquid assets or Equity in their rental properties.
